Fewlr is free to homeowners & consumers. If a homeowner purchases fuel through Fewlr, there is no additional cost to them. Suppliers pay minimal costs compared to traditional models.

Monthly Supplier Membership

$19.95 / month

FREE for all suppliers who register during the 2025–2026 winter season

Receive unlimited ability to bid on fuel orders within your service area. Receive access to the Fewlr portal, with the ability to see real time data & analytics. Gain insight into how much business you’re winning compared to your competitors.

Transaction Charges

$0.05 / gallon

only applies to delivered orders

Rest assured, Fewlr pays you every week via electronic transfer (ACH). Optionally, you can receive a paper check instead. Applicable charges are simply deducted from the final transaction amount.

Finance Charges

2.99%

on credit card transactions. Pay-over-time and Fewl Pass will have different finance charges. (Details)

Fewlr handles the entire transaction for you, so you can just concentrate on delivering fuel. Fewlr puts a hold on each customer’s credit card before allowing an order to be placed, to ensure funds are available. No need to take credit card numbers over the phone. We take care of everything for you.

Credit cards are just the start. We will have more ways for consumers to pay, coming in the 2025–2026 winter season.
